How to see the world with geometric eyes with the help of GeoGebra 3D

By Bernat Ancochea Millet (@bancoche)

At home, in the workplace, walking down the street, walking in nature, visiting a monument or a church..., everywhere we find all kinds of shapes, figures, curves and surfaces.

In this conference we will study and model geometric objects that surround us using the GeoGebra 3D program.

We will work with curves of all kinds, prisms, pyramids, cones, cylinders and some types of surfaces building objects, simple and not so much. It is about incorporating 3D virtual vision into manipulation with real objects and showing a captivating vision of mathematics.

In the words of Claudius Alsina, "welcome to this humble geometric walk through three-dimensionality, a beautiful place in mathematics where you can still experience the wonderful feeling of being surprised."
