With the hexagonal pieces from 1 to 6 you have to form a triangle so that the 3 pieces on each side add up to 9.

If you have already succeeded, change the layout of the parts so that each side adds up to 10, 11, and 12.

With the hexagonal pieces from 1 to 9 you have to form a triangle so that the 4 pieces on each side add up to the same.

If you have already succeeded, change the arrangement of the parts so that each side adds up to 19, 20, 21 and 23.

Can you make the sides add up to 18 or 22?

Indications for a study of all possibilities

  • Add up all the tiles.
  • Consider: is this sum the sum of the 3 sides?
  • What do vertex parts have in particular?
  • What is the maximum sum of the 3 vertices?
  • What is the minimum sum of the 3 vertices
